Processing Time

Shipping Time

  • K & Co. Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or others.


Lost Packages (In Transit)

If a package is lost while in transit and confirmed lost by the shipping carrier:

  • We will work with you to accommodate the issue by either:

    • Issuing a refund, or

    • Reshipping the same item, depending on availability and the situation

Please note:

  • Carrier confirmation may be required before a resolution is provided.


Delivered but Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked as delivered, K & Co. Studio is not responsible for stolen packages.

  • We recommend:

    • Checking with household members or neighbors

    • Contacting the shipping carrier

    • Filing a claim with the carrier if applicable


Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
